Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Regal Forte, LLC (“Regal Forte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with regalforte.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
The Site is primarily informational. We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, inquiry type, and message when you submit the contact form or email us. Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, and requested pages, through standard server logs.
Contact-form submissions are transmitted to and stored by Netlify, our hosting and form-processing provider, which is located in the United States. Netlify holds these submissions on our behalf and applies automated spam filtering to them. If you are located outside the United States, submitting the form involves transferring your information to the United States.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to inquiries, provide product-development or first-access updates you request, evaluate potential business relationships, operate and secure the Site, improve our communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and disclosure
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, security, analytics, or other business operations, subject to appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Cookies, browser storage, and third-party services
The Site does not place advertising cookies and does not currently use analytics tracking. Two points are worth naming specifically:
- No third-party content. Fonts and images are served from this domain rather than from external providers, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a third-party content network.
- Browser storage. The commerce page saves your preview selections locally in your own browser (
localStorage). They remain on your device unless you submit a first-access request, in which case the product names and finishes you saved are included with that request and sent to us through Netlify.
We also use Google Workspace for email, so messages you send us are processed there. This policy will be updated if the Site’s technology changes.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by emailing hello@regalforte.com. You may also opt out of product-development or first-access emails at any time by replying to the message or contacting that address. Applicable rights vary by jurisdiction.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
